I've read the rules. Whilst in suspension they don't have to tell us didly. Now should the Federal Court rule in favour of CAD then before relisting i would expect a slurry of information. Slurry, because well we've got to wade through the information.
The best we can hope for is CM and Pardoo results being announced and then it's up to the market and the holders what to do. I just have a gut feeling that there is going to be a big twist to the outcome.
