Notwithstanding a Director is buying, institutional investors have decided to either reduce or quit their holdings.

Once they have taken this decision then they will sell into the market at any opportunity until they have either exited their entire holding or reduced same to their desired exposure.

To put things into perspective, it doesn't matter if a Director buys 250k of the stock if the insto's have 20m to offload.

My view is that the company (and share price) will struggle until such time as they can regain insto. support - this will be when they issue fresh (positive) profit guidance.
