I listned to BRR and my take is that a deal has been made verbaly and now it needs to be put into a contract. That can't be done in 'a couple of days' as I imagine it would be a fairly complex document but it still would not surprise me if it was signed and sealed before the end of the year.
The lawyers may want a few extra bucks before they go on holidays :)
