It will rise. It sucks that the market doesn't act in the way we think it should, but it takes time for people to get excited. I saw AVZ and AGY wallow @ 11c and 20c for a few weeks and then just boomed.
It takes time. Meanwhile, cobalt is in demand and we are on the cusp of an EV revolution. It doesn't take a scientist to see where CLA's price will go once we have a proven resource with these assay results and management.
