Well let's start with the fact that the new government may not support the scheme. Governments cannot roll-back any signed contracts without compensation but they don't have to sign any new contracts. NWT *may* have lost their chance. I'm sure this has weighed heavily on its slide back to .8c from its recent high of 1.1c.

For what its worth I think the chance of failure of the DODO deal to eventuate will be better for NWT anyway. The business model just wouldn't succeed considering charges cannot be lifted under the agreement for 3 years and they were differentiating with the lowest available pricing. I think NWT also severly over-estimated the number of connections they could achieve.

Sorry to see your record get broken today Warnie. Not completely convinced about that arm action of Muttiah.
