yep the contract culling for higher margins they've been going on about is basically a nice way of saying they lost customers. It had to be done but I'd expect the ex-customers have gone to a competitor for their needs

you are inferring that the company lost its customers, the company is saying they let them go hence the lower sales. Yes the company could of kept them but for what value so they could lose money.

Yes sales number show we dont have some customers they dont show that the companies left Alexium of their own accord to go to a competitor. Alexium states they are no longer supplying them as it was low margin, totally different to what you are inferringIMO
