I really don't get brokers. Dumping millions of shares over the last two months at an average of like 11-12c only to put a spec buy of 19c out. Even if they are selling shares for clients, wouldn't you tell them you are initiating coverage and think its got some juice left? Or at the very least tell them to wait for the pump after the research note? lol.
