That is not an easy thing to explain - but with oppies there are two successful outcomes, one when you exercise and sit back on the investment in the heads, the other when you trade out before the oppies expire. So two different sets of calcs.
Further complicated by the premium an oppie will aquire due to the heads momentum, and the rate of destruction of that premium as strike day approaches.
So what you are saying here, I think, is that with two sequences of oppies, you need 4 sets of calcs, and again I think, you say buy the obs at .005 to trade is the best bet.
That should help, but not me - I have no money left - all on gold and cobalt. Happy days.
