4DS Charting Guru's Feedback Required, page-59

I have just had another look at the 4DS chart. I'm assuming this is still a charting thread? I was somewhat amused at some contributors being concerned about the recent pullback in the share price. I did a few rough calculations on the % run up and pullback figures for the three impulse moves since 23/10/2017. These aren't exact numbers but are a good guide to what to expect when trading this type of stock.

Impulse One: 143% rise
Correction One: -38% (or -65% of the rise)
Impulse Two: 93% rise
Correction Two: -23% (or -49% of the rise)
Impulse Three: 50% rise
Correction Three: -22% (or -65% of the rise)

The lesson is that if you intend to trade or invest in this type of speculative stock with the expectation of large impulse moves, also be prepared for corrections (drawdowns) of between 20% and 40% (or 50% to 65% of the range of any impulse move).
Treat these stocks the same as you would a cryptocurrency. The cryptos I chart look surprisingly similar to these types of stocks. Its important that you use sensible risk management (position sizing or capital at risk).
Watch the volume traded closely. Whilst the volume is relatively low on the corrective pull back moves I wouldn't be too concerned.
My chart shows momentum still rising, volume extremely low on all including the recent correction, and cycle although still falling starting to turn back up. Resistance is around the 8 cent level. My chart is telling me that someone is driving the price higher. If their opinion changes the chart will also tell me when that happens as well.
Hope this helps anyone who is troubled by what most investors would consider unacceptable drawdowns.
