You're right about holding onto for as long as he likes as long as he spends the $1.5M I chipped Tony about this at the time of the SFR deal and he was confident that scenario would never happen... as he seemed to be that Richmond would not exercise his pre-emptive right. tony confirmed there was no timeline within which to define a resource.
He will be proved wrong on both accounts IMO... apparently Richmond has some significant royalties which mean he has the $1.5M to do the exploration.
It was a flaw then and it's going to come back and bite them right where the deserve it for such a rookie error.
