Touche' - but CHM isn't engaged a hostile takeover bid for MIS thus it is extremely import that the MMX sp moves back over $4.00 or at least higher than MIS.
CHM current activies will continue to motor along regardless of its sp. However, I do feel sorry for those who jumped in on opening for the 12M shares that traded at 12c, unless they were day traders.
