Ann: Change in substantial holding, page-22

@BPAA the timing has been for well on over three years, not sure if this last month is any different looking at the numbers and as you say the net effect is not that big. They can do as they please with trading as long as they report correctly, just sneaked in on that bit it looks like. But if one entity could decide that options will not be in the money it is BR. Not saying that is a reason but it's a possible along with others, whats your own best guess reason ?
