yes scarva, Puntland, like many regions of Africa, has serious humanitarian issues. Not to make light of that, but to put into sad global context - so does nearly every country on this planet, to greater or lesser degrees.

Question for readers to ponder -

Why would someone who alleges the following, consistently downramp the stock they allegedly hold:
