Low trading volumes and into's are safe to dump, try and look at the placement from another angel, how could anypne accumulate 7.75 million shares @ $1.05 that would be an impossible task, for anyone to get that type of position in BRM the price would have to be pushed to atleast $1.80+, so i completely disagree that it was fair, it was extremely unfair on the shareholders behalf to give this away at such a discount, again im sure that most shareholders would have taken their complete fill at $1.05, i just hope that in return from Patterson's that we get their broking support from here on forward, it would be the least that they could do.

Time will tell and it will only be fair if Patterson's support the stock and continue to buy shares in BRM.
