GS, as a LT holder, I can understand your frustration. However, don't you think they tried to negotiate I higher SPP?? Maybe WR talked to other instos and they wouldn't even have offered $1.05? Neither of us are in a position to state wether it was 'fair' or not, unless we understand all the circumstances surrounding the placement.

And another thing, I REALLY don't think the number one priority of managment is (OR SHOULD BE) to make shareholders happy. It should be to do whatever it takes to ensure the company succeeds! Shareholder happiness will follow.
