stock is ridiculously under valued , why would you cap raise without unlocking some of its value, 35mill. mrkt. is a joke for a near term producer , co. who may never come into production are sitting on mrkt. caps. of over a 100mill, nick you must've sold out , a bit early , good luck to all holders
