    Here is the preliminary report from the ATSB.

    From my reading of the report it appears that it was a case of low altitude, low speed, high angle of bank and a subsequent stall which  resulted in the crash.

    As zero mentions in an earlier post same conditions occurred  that resulted in the crash on the swan river in Perth in 2017.

    An unbelievable mistake from such an experienced aviator
