I have noone on ignore, never report anyone and never intend to
I value free expression, everyone is in a slightly different place in life, and who the hell are you to judge how others behave? some people have been through hell, and Im more tired of the polarity and censorship of expression that is increasingly taking hold than some troll, who doesnt know how to connect in a positive manner. There is a epidemic of passing judgement in all forms of social media, where everyone is vying for the moral high ground at other peoples expense, I find that the most disturbing trend, freedom, responsibility, passion and tolerance is what I prefer, instead we have PC witch hunts feeding the parasites in the legal system and the abomination that is now mainstream news. In this new paradigm is is tempting to join the fray and empower oneself with tools of judgement, like more control over how one can limit human interaction with ignore options (for gods sake its a forum, is that not limiting enough?), I say resist the urge to be petty like the person who is annoying you.
Bit blunt, but hey you have an ignore button
