    Myer reported a downgrade in their expected Christmas sales before Christmas. This is how professionals treat continuous disclosure. Their share price went down but professional board members aren't concerned with having bad news priced in.

    The problem with GSW is they only have a few customers and they lost some which materially impact their immediate cashflows without disclosure.
