I agree.
.. the charts are a lagging indicator and announcements drive explorers like MCO.
.. when there's a period of no announcements the skittish start sweating and then selling.
The next announcement will determine the short term share price.
When a resource is found at a later stage .. the resource will underpin the share price.
You can put the charts away .. just use logic.
