new board & MD for Triton is required immediately, page-11

Not sure if this is stupid or not but triton have the largest graphite/vanadium deposit in the world and have
Ancuabe jumbo flake moving towards production next year close to port and yet they are on about giving away a third of the company to WGX for an unknown,unexplored lithium plot. Should this really be the other way around and WGX should be saying hey triton we will give YOU some of our shares (or cash ) and throw in the lithium plot for us to explore together for THE WORLD CLASS ASSETTS YOU HAVE not triton saying here you are have a third of our world class assets in exchange for your unexplored lithium plot of land ????
Unless some amazing news comes out soon that throws everyone and and it turns out that its a great deal for ton shareholders then to me this just doesn't stack up and somethings not right.
My only other question is im struggling to understand how BAT who is a lot further away from infastructure can land 3 binding offtakes and triton being a lot closer hasn't managed to land one (yet) ?
