The rules are a nightmare imo. This company would have been better kept private and never gone public. I once had shares in Meriton Properties and Sussan Holdings which went on to become very successful after the founding families decided they would be better going private again. ASX has become a nightmare because of the rules and because they don't supervise all those taking advantage of the lazy punters.
