I might be calling it a bit early, but i think PEM has turned a corner and is on the road to recovery. After Zinc (along with most other base metals) copped a hiding last night, i was expecting PEM to fall further than 2%. I think there may be a bit of strength in this company again now that most of the weaker shareholders have sold out when it was in the high $2's...
