yes i would say that things hav not gone as easily as planned or else it would have closed by now. big aquisitions have problems or glitches all the time. just cuxz it aint done doesn't mean there is a big problem. maybe the deal is being negotiated a little different. who knows. but i do believe based on what i have been told by glavonjic that things are proceeding. we will kow soon. and if and when that news hits the wire that pennytel is closed we will all sigh some relief and i will be a buyer at these levels.
