I believe Glencore own 30%.

But they more or less run the show. Glencore appointed XST MD and senior managers.

IMO, XST will NOT make a bit for ZFX for at least 3 months.

As said, JBM is the focus for now.

Then the attention wil turn to RSP.

That bid will likely go hostile and may last 1-2 months.

Then they may bid for ZFX.

I dont think they will however.

I actually think ZFX will make a run for OXR.


If i were XST, i would target EXT or OXR before ZFX by the way. Bu then again, ZFX balance sheet is certainly appealing.

But as said, as if Glencore are straped for cash.
