I feel that the real estate sector of the REU is really not that risky, ie if a tenant goes belly up then a new tenant will fill the place of the old.
it is only if the comercial market for rentals is grossly oversupplied that the problem occurs
i certainly think there is risk on the CMBS front
however, remember that the CMBS is comercial and in Europe and not the USA.
anyhow
someone is selling out at a big loss
as long as there is nothing that should have been released to the market, that has not been then I am happy to remain a holder on REU. I hope someone else does not know something here
