    I laugh heartily at the "material acquisition" aspect of the capital raising trading halt letter.

    In my opinion MNS seems to have many strange coincidences in which "good news" juxtaposes "bad news".

    However, it seems the coincidences aren't enjoyed by the market, given the nearly 2 years of downtrend for this stock.
