$$$$$$,
I have been reading the GWR/FAS posts with interest over the last couple of weeks.
I point out here I have no shares in GWR or FAS.
I did notice some dispute on whether FAS could keep the 25% acceptances from GWR shareholders if it dropped the condition of gaining 51%.
My understanding of the law, and from a great deal of experience, is that if FAS drops the condition of gaining 51% then it must allow the GWR shareholders that have accepted the right to withdraw their acceptance.
I know this is none of my business and hope things work out well for either/both companies, just wanted to clarify this issue.
Regards, Tony.
