Regarding NY, the aquisition could be CV4 itself, which would increase thir overall stake in Imperium (presently at 1/3). Not sure what CV4's percenatge is.
But there is nothing suggeting it's NY, so could be just about anything.
I'm interested the sp showed some buying last trading day, so it feels like a leaky ship, and if that is the case, then it's going to be a real value adding aquisition.
