There are two pieces to the jigsaw to ensure startup of mining, an offtake agreement and the haul road negotiation...If the offtake agreement comes first then it means management are very confident that the haul road agreement is close to being finalised...if the haul road is announced first it removes any uncertainty over the offtake agreement ...so either announcement is extremely bullish.There is persistent buying at the 5 cent level...so the anticipation is there.
