Here we were, many thinking CVI may spin off their metal interests to focus on oil. Instead he has increased CVI's metals exposure. AND he has inherited a former BHP non ferrous expert. Wonder what implications that may have down the track.
CVI will be in control. they will straight up own 1/3 of fortitude but soon will have a controlling interest. So basically we'll get back control of our original interests plus those of Fortitude plus a non ferrous metals expert.
Some one suggested recently, may have been T4P, that CVI is more of an investment company than a pure exploration company. Through the shrewd aquistions and restructures masterminded by MS I can see that $6 a share tag in the not too distant future.
