    How about acquisition Townsville related?
    Pure speculation whilst in TH, one guess good as another etc.
    Townsville battery adventure currently Eastman Kodak Company, C4V, Boston, MNS & C&D Assembly.
    Could be funds needed to buy-out Kodak's share of battery plant?
    New York Times article on Kodak few days ago suggests they are 'diversifying'.
