Dear 8horse, I don't want to appear stubborn so have asked company secretary to clarify.

But even if the SP only has to exceed XX for a day it should still specify the period during which this has to occur. So, in that case, it would read "SP has to exceed XX during the vesting period" exactly as it does in the current ann.

I wonder if maybe the term "during" is confusing? Please note that "during the vesting period" is not the same as "for the duration of the vesting period".
