    Graphite, Lithium or other battery commodity miner share aquisition?
    - I checked for miner trading halts coincident with MNS and found nothing.
    Gigafactory Real Estate aquisition?
    - Would be dumb to acquire Real Estate until funding in place.
    Battery Technology company?
    - Possible but MNS couldn't afford anything worth while.
    Conclusion is that this acquisition isn't really material, only the capital raising.
