Yeah sure, just like every spec director who believes in their business, they try and set themselves up with extra shares for the ultimate success. My point wasn't really a micro look at shares issued, more from a total dilution perspective, and for a company building and developing products and without any cash flow to support the operation, the control of share issue has been excellent imo which is highly contrary to the claim made by the other poster that Glyn has created nothing but more shares.
