FAS correction letter is right - whilst PWC has valued the sp at $2.92, your directors issued shares for $1.85. On that basis, and on volume-weighted basis FAS is worth $0.94 too.
I am very disappointed that those of you who are against the takeover will change their reasoning ONLY because they are against the take over.
Money man was right, previously it was REPLACE THE BOARD, GARY YOU'RE A CVNT, NO CAPITAL RAISING.
Look where you're at dear fellow shareholders. GO GARY! YES CAPITAL RAISING KEEP THE BOARD, and 30% drop in share price. Wish you invested in RIO with a bit of margin lending?
