Thanks for your analysis Fibtrader. It’s refreshing to see someone making objective observations about the 4DS price action. Although you are very brave talking on this forum about stock prices going down. The last time I did that, which was my first post, I was accused of being a “non-holding down ramping troll”, lol. If anyone accuses you of being a “down-ramper” which is a common term used in HC, assume that they have no idea what they are talking about and in the worst case they are just upset that you may be disrupting their ramping efforts. For anyone who is interested I can provide a definition of ramping.

Re your fib analysis. My lowest anchor level is around 2.9c set on13/6/2017, and where the ultra-high volume started to appear. I prefer to use high volume levels with this type of stock. The 50% retracement level based on the move from that point to the high of 29/1/2018 is around 6.1c and right on the 6.2c low of 23/1/2018, a prior support level. If this level is broken and the 50MA (currently 5.8c) is broken, the next support level is around 4.3c, which was the low of 21/12/2018 and the 78.6% retracement level. Both these levels are also reinforced by the action of the 50MA.
On a more positive note, on the down days of 5/2/2018 and today the volume although a bit higher than average is still less than half of the impulse move volumes. My chart shows cycle down but close to oversold, and momentum still up but flattening.

As any TA would understand if a market tsunami selloff occurs (bad) or a takeover bid or other major news arrives (good) then all of the above goes straight into the “who cares” bin. But you can only work with what you know, in my case its price action, and apply your rules. Whichever way the price goes if you follow your rules you haven’t made any mistakes.
