    You know Beaner, most of what you post is absolute trash but in this case i actually agree.
    The incentive for the first two tranches at least is far too low. It is like the JNS deal, giving away shares for free when in all honesty the drills and the market are going to pull through at least two of those tranches in the next month or so.
