Any reputational impact ie. customers ceasing because their service provider is suspended or potential customers going elsewhere because they don't want to do business with uncertainty surrounding it. Although this uncertainty is limited given the company has the capital to persist. They might just need to hang a few key people, pay a fine and appoint a modestly competent company secretary . Wish they would get on with it.
