I do not understand the fascination with cash receipts. Based on accrual accounting 101 - revenue is earned when the service is completed, not when you get paid for it. Cash receipts is meaningless.
Not meaning to be accusatory towards you here @makattack, but for your seemingly non-partisan interest in GSW, you are very selective in the information you choose to present. I assume someone with 30k posts would understand the difference between cash and revenue, however I may be wrong.
