Unfortunately it is getting harder and harder to pick companies that wont be vulnerable to "disruption" in the near future. I personally am more concerned about NHC than TPG (they seem to have excellent management who can anticipate change and move proactively to adjust). I have mentioned before I wouldn't be surprised to see them sell the whole thing if they could get a good price (I believe this may have already been on the table during the coal boom? I wasn't following the stock much back then).
