Big numbers but whats the deal with Nyrstar ? How can they be part of the process then pull out this old contract info ? Didnt they get their fill and maybe spat the dummy ?
Who knows ? Will be interesting to see the proof if NCZ hadn't seen it/wasnt in the acquisition paper works.
Only down 15% sorta makes it even with yesterday so Id say it was a non event ?
