I'd be careful using $8mil for FCF on $11mil of operating cash flow considering the required investing cash flows for growth.
As PGC's going to be consistently acquiring other businesses, you need to account for this in the FCF calculation as you realistically won't be able to take this money out of the business.
Despite the inherent flaws in this methodology, I still think PGC is worth more than $1 / share
