Near the end (starting at 58:24) chaos and weather predicting is discussed. It seems that globally, meteorologists start with recent data from all around the world and create their own models which consist of time-based diagrams/images.  The meteorologists in (say) Australia then look at the various models/diagrams, and choose from them using their brains' prior experiences to recognize patterns in the chaos and go on from there to make their predictions.  Brains are considered the best at present.

Sounds like an opportunity for Brainchip to wait for the number-crunching to produce the models then Brainchip examines the images.  You would think that after our system had examined many historical images it would begin to recognize patterns and "learn" from them, thus leading to more accurate forecasts.  This is my layman naive thinking. Please comment.
