Id say people are in the position where the laughable amount of cash remaining in this isnt worth pullng out and just seeing if it comes off.

Theyre so in the red they cant afford to cop the loss from innitial investment, which is why management need to be accountable for their project... people dont just lose fortunes and move on the next day, it can cripple families.
