There we are - we finally get it in black and white.
I knew there was something fishy going on causing the hold up. I am happy with this,as least we know they are making sure what they are getting/investing in and not going blindly ...
And as I said to some other fellow posters, they have many strings to their bow happening all at once. Just because the Hitech/Pennytel card has drawn up to a halt at this stage doesn't mean the wheels are falling off..
Let's wait who is the next JV with a mobile operator in Vietnam... I think Feb - Mar 2008 will be very very interesting indeed..
