Hey guys, seeing as this thread started as a technical one, I wonder if I can ask a technical question?

BTW, I’m holding AUZ based on the awesome fundamentals and for the long term. However the events from the last few days has me thinking that this has provided a fantastic learning opportunity that if implemented well, could actually vastly improve portfolio performance.

So, my question is, what do people use as their stop loss strategy in the spec/junior miners sector? My current approach is to only stress (as in be obsessive) about the FA (which takes time) but once in a solid stock then run without stoploss protection.

Just wondering if that approach could be improved for better overall results? Clearly having cash available during times such as this is where the big money is made. As long as FA are still valid.

Any thoughts welcome.
