Thanks for your response. I understand the issue with too much honesty here and that it could be perceived as advice. There are no pretences here and everyone I think knows they are ultimately responsible for their own actions.
Just looking for technique or best practice from those who are more experienced and I’m sure I can make up my own mind as to what works for me.
That said I did a bit of research and a common approach is to use ATR based exits. Commonly 1.5x ATR or 2x for more volatile stocks.
Thoughts anyone?
