So it could be a candidate for some type of artificial life - e.g. beam pumps or plunger lift - assuming a high CGR formation.
No idea what sort of economics you would need to make that work ie if tapping the 3rd zone with a horizontal is too expensive for such methods which will yield a modest production rate.
The point is if the well dies on its own there are artifical lift techniques out there which could work. Just speculating.
