I credit Michael Heffernan for stating that he doesn't buy stocks which charts are pointing downwards (especially for awhile). But I did however bought into 9SP at 9.6c (following Equity Story) but thankfully cut loss not long after at 8.5c after seeing apparent liquidation. At 5.3c, this is still sitting at $26m and there are many other microcaps IMO offering better value.
